A thread for anyone's suggested stats for monsters, villains or heroes. Enclose my stats for Tlotoxl, priest of sacrifice. I suspect his point value may be too high - any advice, much appreciated.
As to why he has range on his knife, he throws it (and retrieves it, one would assume, unless the travels through space and time necessary to fit him into the game have given him such technologies as elestic, with which he attaches it to his wrist, though that sounds rather dangerous).
