When I looked on Blacktree website, it said that the image of Weng Chiang was called Lih,Sen Chang and vice versa. I want Weng Chiang, so which bshould I buy?

Go with the name of the one you want - the picture-to-name error should be a website-only thing, and they'll have the proper things listed by their names and codes. Failing all else, the company seems pleasant enough, so you could send an email to check.
