Hello If anybody has any scenarios or a campaign for a Dalek v Dalek War I would very much like hear about them and how they played
I've had a few ideas this what I have so far
FORCES
Imperial (Grey and Black)
Emperor Dalek Warrior Daleks Engineer Daleks Suicide Daleks Dalek troopers Robomen Ogrons Slyther
Renegade (White and Gold)
Davros Warrior Daleks Engineer Daleks Special weapon Daleks
I split them like this because I wanted the two sides to play differently and Statements in the TV programme lead me to believe this is how they would be split with the exception of the suicide Daleks which were Davros's idea I see the Renegade Dalek fraction as the smaller of the two forces and their fore less likely to sacrifice their numbers in this way hence the development of the Special weapon Dalek
RULES
Rules wise the only thing I was considering was a maximum squad size of 16 points with a rule that any unused points cannot be carried over to another squad this way the Imperial player should usually have a point or two to pad his or her squads with a Dalek trooper or Roboman as cannon fodder or Human/Alien shield very Dalek tactics me thinks and a way to balance the advantage of the Special weapon Daleks
Thats what I have so far please let me know what you think and any ideas or thoughts you might have Cheers

Sounds interesting - like the limitation on the points value for each squad - should result in some tactical choices on the make-up of your army - small but powerful groups of Daleks or larger mobs of cannon fodder! Can certainly imagine a few Daleks herding crowds of their "allies" into battle while the main Dalek force head for the important objectives.
Any thoughts on scenarios and settings? First thing that sprang to mind was an arms race - both Dalek forces rushing from planet to planet to secure vital resources for a secret/doomsday weapon. You could spice things up by having a certain resource on a planet where conditions are particularly unfriendly to Daleks - unusually strong magnetic fields or a power drain of some description - this could further level the playing field with regards to the special weapons Daleks or present the Imperials with the difficult task of taking a heavily defended Renegade mining outpost with hordes of weaker troops like Ogrons or Robomen. And there are the natives to consider...

I like the idea of an unfriendly environment I have a few ideas but need to work on balancing the forces and tweaking the details will post soon as I think they work one is a raid by a small group to secure some resource so a holding action to buy time to load said resource and then a dash back to the last shuttle or a Heroic last stand to to secure Victory

Sounds like a nice little scenario - look forward to reading it. Also you get to design some wierd alien scenery - presume you've seen the stuff on Matakishi's Teahouse - very nice!
